Special occasion, self catering, non smoking unit. Situated 2 blocks
from City Heart, within easy stroll to main dining area of Mildura
with a choice of numerous Restaurants and shopping with a 24 hour,
7 day Supermarket one block away. Lawn Tennis Courts, Bowling Green,
Arts Centre, - very close, easy walk. Owners live on site.
This Unit is built on the site of old Horse Stables in Mildura,
and has used many of the timbers and items from those Stables recycled
into it’s building and décor.
